Who cares? All of this is brought out AFTER the man is dead and cannot defend
himself. The fact is that he SUCCESSFULLY led the civil rights movement and
has a National Holiday in his honor. End of story.

What's your point? He was a great man and leader that successfully changed the
course of history. Apparently, it bothers you that he sought equal rights for
Black America.
